ATHLETIC TRAINING

​Training encompasses the repetition of movements and mindsets in order to reach a new level. As your coach, through purposely designed training sessions, my goal is to help you level up - making you stronger, allowing you to perform, live and feel better than the day before. 

Ages 10+

Focused on movement development
through building mobility, strength and speed.

  • 45 - 60 minute long sessions

  • Individual, small group or team training

  • Weekly training program progressions

  • Tracked performance against baseline testing

  • Nutrition guidelines and programming

  • In-season and off-season training

  • Session consist of a mix of:

    • Soft tissue work 

    • Dynamic warm ups

    • Mobility training

    • Strength training

    • Conditioning

    • Core work

    • Athletic movement development

    • Competitive challenges
